Welcome!   I’m Antonia Walker, and I offer independent agronomic advice on a wide range of crops. I am BASIS qualified in Crop Protection and areas covered include South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and North Lincolnshire.  

Today’s agronomy encompasses not only the provision of quality technical agronomic and chemical advice;  it depends on a much deeper understanding of today’s challenges faced by British growers such as  climate, soil health, rotation and end market use.  Farming is resilient but it can only succeed with the right bio-dynamics, integrated crop management mechanisms, assessment and moderation of environmental impacts and of course, wherever possible the reduction of chemical  inputs and costs.

Today’s grower has access to a much wider range of support tools in order to achieve yield and quality.   Add to this the  benefits of  a technically enabled agronomist – this makes for a formidable team.
